What you need to know

I'm considered an out-of-network provider, which means I don't bill insurance directly. However, many clients with PPO plans can get reimbursed for a portion of their costs. I can provide a superbill — a detailed receipt you submit to your insurance company — and I'm happy to walk you through the process.

• Individual Session — $185 (55 minutes)
• Couples Session — $195 (55 minutes)
• Extended Couples Session — $250 (90 minutes)

I offer both. While I do accommodate virtual sessions on occasion, therapy tends to be more effective and productive in person. My office is located in downtown Darien, CT.

I ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the session fee. This helps me keep time available for all clients who need support.
